Taylor is Carole Hoover’s personal assistant and has been an important asset to our office for the past seven years. She works remotely, and when home on breaks, works in the office handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, marketing and customer relations.

Kaleb was trained by both of his parents, Keith and Carole Hoover to the highest industry standards. He manages employees, communicates with customers, and works alongside the crew. He has taken on the role of job site foreman to insure that the quality of work the company has been known for many years continues on into the next generation.

President/ Owner
Carole is a licensed Paint Contractor with Brevard County, FL #14-PT-CT-00006. She also is a National Woman Owned Certified Business #WOSB16532 and she holds an OSHA10 certification. Originally from Metro Detroit, she moved to Florida with her family in 2003. Her goal for the last 20 years has been growing ATLANTIC COAST PAINTING to be a well-respected business throughout the State of Florida. Her attention to detail, client satisfaction and employee longevity has allowed the company to grow from three employees and $200k per year to 10 employees and over $1 million in sales annually. With projects from residential repaints to Federal Government properties, her portfolio of completed projects spans a very wide range. She is honored to be the mother of an active duty Marine Corps member and a Christian.
