INTERIOR PROPOSALS INCLUDE:
- Protection of all areas surrounding work; windows, floors, cabinets, furniture, etc. Move large furniture to middle of rooms and cover
- Caulk as needed around doors, windows and baseboards
- Patch nail holes as needed, blend with surrounding area
- Application of interior paint
- Clean up of all materials

All labor, material, worker’s compensation coverage and $2,000,000 liability insurance included in proposal.
EXTERIOR PROPOSALS INCLUDE:
- Protect all areas surrounding work site; concrete, windows, landscaping, etc.
- Pressure wash entire exterior to remove mold, failing paint and to prepare for coating
- Trench around grassy areas to insure coating is applied below grade
- Caulk all windows, doors and voids
- Application of waterproofing sealer
- Application of up to 2 coats exterior latex paint to all prepared surfaces
