INTERIOR PROPOSALS INCLUDE:


  • Protection of all areas surrounding work; windows, floors, cabinets, furniture, etc. Move large furniture to middle of rooms and cover
  • Caulk as needed around doors, windows and baseboards 
  • Patch nail holes as needed, blend with surrounding area
  • Application of interior paint
  • Clean up of all materials

  • Pressure wash entire exterior to remove mold, failing paint and to prepare for coating 
  • Trench around grassy areas to insure coating is applied below grade
  • Caulk all windows, doors and voids
  • Application of waterproofing sealer
  • Application of up to 2 coats exterior latex paint to all prepared surfaces
